Payment
Payment in full is required on the day of your appointment. We prefer this to be done via VISA, Mastercard or EFPTOS. Cash is also accepted. There is a reduced pensioner rate where applicable.
Practice Policies
In the interest of fairness to all patients, if you are unable to attend your appointment please contact us to reschedule as soon as possible.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
Your clinician may give you a prescription or forms for pathology, radiology or other services at the time of your appointment. If you misplace these and require a new copy, the practice charges a $20 fee to cover the cost for administration/clinician time.
